What’s the Meaning of Life for Enlightenment?
In this new Information age the true purpose and meaning of life is being revealed globally. The greatest enlightened spiritual masters of all time taught of the meaning and purpose of life. Their teachings and wisdom are eternal. All of life is a single creation, and we are all part of this creation. The reason all of our spiritual masters taught of love, compassion, forgiveness, mercy, selflessness, and oneness, is because we are indeed all one. Spiritual evolution is greatly enhanced by the powerful properties of these higher qualities.
To be spiritual is to be in the process of conscious awakening. You are not the physical body or the mind, which is the product of perception, but the pure conscious awareness that experiences life. When Lord Buddha fully surrendered his ego and became Enlightened, people asked him if he was a God, or an Angel. He declared simply that he was Awake. The meaning and purpose of life is to consciously evolve and to awaken to our True Selves. The world of form is the manifestation of the formless, and it is our formless, infinite selves that we must come to identify with. We are all part of an interconnected, collective system.
Lord Jesus taught that “those who loose themselves shall find themselves.” Identification with the false ego self is the root of all problems within the world. The ego is not bad, or something to resent. It is what it is and can now be recognized as the product of unconscious mentation.
We are all evolving to a higher reality. Those who are ready and willing can accelerate this process. Peace, love, joy, and happiness are the true qualities of reality, all else are illusion, created by ego.

Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find anything that agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.
