What Gives Life Meaning and Enlightenment?

What gives life meaning? Finding meaning in life is tricky; you must discover the truth within your Self. The purpose of all life is to co-exist. Learn the truth for true love, happiness, joy, and peace.

Finding meaning in life is as easy as seeking the truth. Most people think they already know the truth, and they will defend their opinions at costs of great suffering.

How can anyone know for sure what they believe is true? When one begins to awaken spiritually, opinions and beliefs are surrendered, with the awareness that one is not the ego mind, or the thoughts and beliefs created by the ego.

With this act of surrender, true knowledge can be obtained beyond ego. The truth is that your true self is not limited to this dimension of form.

Identifying yourself with form, be it thoughts, beliefs, possessions, status and so on, is the illusion created by ego, and is the true cause of suffering.

Your True Self is your conscious awareness beyond mind. When you begin to awaken spiritually, as your heart chakra begins to open, you will become more and more aware of the ego and how it functions within your mind. This growing awareness is the real you.

Meaning and value in life begins with your inner awakening. When ego is in total control, life can be described as unconscious and animal in nature. An ego controlled human is an animal; its sole purpose is personal survival and self-gratification.

A spiritually awakened or awakening person becomes fully conscious of the interconnectedness of all life. Actions are done with intention for the betterment of the whole.

Enlightening Lotus

Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find anything that agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.
