Laya Yoga for Enlightenment!

Laya Yoga is an advanced yoga for the serious spiritual seeker of Enlightenment. Similar to Kundalini Yoga and Raja Yoga, meditation is a main focus, with intense desire for Liberation.

This practice’s main focus is on allowing one’s sense of individual self to become dissolved by, or absorbed into the Higher Self of God consciousness.

With the proper understanding of higher spiritual truth, the dissolution of the ego loses its fear and becomes desired. Enlightenment is the ultimate goal of human existence; eventually all will come to seek it.

Laya Yoga

Through deep meditation on progressively higher chakras, kundalini energy rises from the base of the spine and raise ones awareness into higher states of consciousness and bliss.

With the surrendering of the illusion of your lower ego self, Oneness with the Supreme Being is finally achieved.

Practice of the other aspects of yoga should be perfected before this path is attempted. Purity of mind and body is necessary, as the final moment of Enlightenment can only be granted by the Grace of God.

This path requires the complete forgiveness of the past, and the surrendering of all judgements, and resentments. One must be properly situated in the present moment, with focus solely on spiritual attainment.

With Jnana yoga it will be discovered that all past actions happened exactly as they were meant to happen, for the unfoldment of creation is total and complete perfection at every stage.

All labels and opinions of good and bad must be surrendered; for how can the limited, human ego mind possibly know what is good or bad?

Laya Yoga Lotus

We are all eternal souls, evolving into conscious realization of this; attachment to the physical must eventually be discarded.

Laya Yoga calls upon Lord Shiva, the Holy Spirit to grow within your Heart chakra, expanding your capacity for higher levels of spiritual energy, and unconditional love.

Transcending the many levels of consciousness is a process, with Enlightenment being the final doorway.

Seek the Truth.

Enlightening Lotus

Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find anything that agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.
