Ganesha Mantras for Enlightenment!

Ganesha Mantras are sacred chants to Lord Ganesh, one of the more beloved depictions of God in the ancient Hindu Religion.

Ganesha is the son of Shiva and Parvati and is the Lord of success, and Destroyer of evils and obstacles.

He is also worshiped as the God of Wisdom, Knowledge, Wealth and Education. Lord Ganesha is one of the five main Hindu deities.

Ganesha is also the Destroyer of selfishness, pride and vanity.

He is the personification of the manifested creation in form.

His head symbolizes the soul, which is our Ultimate Supreme Reality, and his body symbolizes the earthly existence of human beings. His trunk represents OM, the vibrational sound of the Cosmic Universe.

Ganesha’s primary goal is to help mankind achieve the supreme Truth and Enlightenment by guiding us and empowering us with divine blessings.

When called upon Ganesha expands our consciousness and reveals true knowledge and wisdom.

All Hindus worship Ganesha, regardless of their sectarian beliefs. And you can call upon and worship him also.

Remember that the true God, and creator of everything is so great that he can represent himself in unlimited ways.

Ganesha Mantra
OM Gam Ganapataye Namaha

"This mantra invokes the Lord Ganesha to remove every impediment in your life and in your works. By constant meditation on this mantra, all obstacles and blocked energy in your physical and astral bodies are released.

He brings writing and knowledge. But he is most often known as the "Breaker of Obstacles". This does not mean that if something blocks your way to success that appealing to Ganesh will result in your thundering through your opposition like some great juggernaut (a word derived from the name of a Hindu deity Jaganath).

Rather, Ganesh breaks obstacles by working around them. He may not help you fix a relationship, but He might help you find a new one. He might not get you a raise at work, but you might get a job offer from another company for more money.

Ganesh is a warrior, but is not into fighting for fighting's sake. Indeed, that is why he lost his head and it had to be replaced with the head of a elephant. Rather, He helps you find other ways of overcoming obstacles. The real obstacles He breaks are those which prevent you from recognizing alternative solutions."

Enlightening Lotus

Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find anything that agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.
