Enlightenment and Religion

Enlightenment and religion go hand in hand. The Greatest spiritual masters that ever lived all taught the way to Enlightenment. The world’s great religions were all founded upon the teachings of these great masters.

Lord Buddha, Lord Krishna, and Lord Jesus Christ all taught the path to Salvation, Liberation, Illumination, and Enlightenment.

Differences merely stem from language and culture.

Religious debates throughout the centuries all stem from mankind’s limited ego positionalities.

When one adopts a belief with wholehearted faith and devotion, that belief has the capacity to become self realized as true within the person.

True spiritual teachings are very powerful.

The problem is that once such a strong conviction takes hold; all other beliefs are seen as false. This judgement is the very thing our Lords and Saviors taught to avoid.

Though Lord Buddha and Lord Jesus taught the same lessons on how to live spiritually, there are many Christians who believe all non-Christians are going to hell.

It is these negative and false beliefs that actually keep many Christians from heaven.

The Truth is that there is indeed only one true God. God is the Supreme Being, and goes by many names.

God accepts all souls who are devout in their seeking and worship, as he is infinite love, mercy, and forgiveness.

It is the human ego that keeps man from Self Realization, Salvation and Peace, it always has been.

Truth is beyond religion, yet truth is found within the great ones. One must simply learn the true teachings and avoid the false distortions and misinterpretations.

Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find anything that agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.
