Daily Meditation for Enlightenment!

Daily Meditation should become a regular practice of all sincere spiritual seekers. The path to Enlightenment and Self Realization is an inner path.

It is through internal revelations that Truth is revealed.

As higher knowledge is absorbed intellectually, contemplation and meditation allows for an intuitive understanding of the knowledge beyond intellect.

Daily Meditation Lotus

Daily Meditation will raise your level of consciousness, and gradually free your mind from the bonds of thought.

Your mind is a sense. It is the tool that senses the body and experiences the five senses of sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell.

Meditation will help you to regain control of your mind so it may be used properly. Thoughts should not be occurring on their own, only when you are consciously thinking.

The peace of mind that comes about when one has freed their mind is indescribable. Meditation leads to inner peace, calm, happiness, and joy.

Negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions can be dismissed and not accepted.

Meditation leads to the realization that you are not your mind or your thoughts, but the conscious awareness experiencing thoughts and mind.

You are a conscious spirit, an eternal soul. Meditate daily and see for yourself; it is very Enlightening.

Daily Meditation Girl

Try this meditation daily to help you improve your focus and concentration. Sit in a comfortable chair with your feet on the ground and your back straight.

Take a deep breath and clear your mind.

Now focus your attention on the OM symbol on the video and on your breath. Breath normally, but watch your breath.

When thoughts arise, simply let them pass and refocus your attention. Do this daily to regain control of your thoughts and your mind.

Enlightening Lotus

Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find anything that agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.
