Chair Yoga Exercises for Enlightenment!
Chair Yoga is not a distinct and separate style of yoga, but an adaptation from styles such as Ashtanga, or Iyengar. Chair yoga like most Hatha Yoga is predominantly physical. The focus is on bodily purification and strength.
Chair yoga will improve posture, strength, flexibility, coordination, circulation, concentration, and overall sense of happiness, and well-being. Like all Hatha Yoga styles, chair yoga exercise should be practiced in conjunction with the other aspects of yoga.
In this new Information Age, the truth now available to all mankind is going to steadily raise the level of human consciousness.
Lord Jesus Christ taught the Truth, there is no doubt, but so did Lord Buddha, Lord Krishna, and countless other masters, yogis, gurus, and teachers.
The Kingdom of Heaven is within you, and like all Truth, it is not limited to one culture or religion, we are all eternal children of God. Now is the time to seek the Truth.

Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find anything that agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.
