Chair Yoga is not a distinct and separate style of yoga, but an adaptation from styles such as Ashtanga, or Iyengar. Chair yoga like most Hatha Yoga is predominantly physical. The focus is on bodily purification and strength.

Lord Jesus Christ taught the Truth, there is no doubt, but so did Lord Buddha, Lord Krishna, and countless other masters, yogis, gurus, and teachers.

Now is the Age in which truth shall be realized. Beyond religion, all of our spiritual masters taught of forgiveness, love, compassion, the present moment, oneness, salvation, liberation, illumination, Enlightenment etc.

The Kingdom of Heaven is within you, and like all Truth, it is not limited to one culture or religion, we are all eternal children of God.

Now is the time to seek the Truth.

Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find anything that agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.
